Aromatherapy, music & colour

Odours can be described as invisible colours which are absorbed through the skin; nose and etheric body thus affect our endocrine system affecting our mental, emotional and physical bodies.

All plants utilise sunlight for their life of life-energy derived from coloured cosmic rays of light beings.  The life energy of the plant gives the life-force element of all that has been manifested in to being from the universe.  Flowers give off their aroma in music attract the insects and bees that resonate at that very vibration (musical note) to pollenate.

Essential oils have a fragrance and a vibration which correspondence to colour.  Many essential oils operate on more than one frequency of colour frequency.

Your name is a musical sound which is represented during your whole life like a mantra.  The best known mantra is AUM, this sound links eyes, ears and mouth in the form of a triangle (a shape resembling much power and energy). Repeating the mantra enables us to connect our third eye and ability to develop inner vision and hearing.

A= Eyes

U= Ears

M= Mouth

Colour and sound link our sub-conscious mind.  Through creative expression, art and music therapy we can discover and release deep emotional blocks and come to terms with deep inner feelings and desires.  Releasing inner feeling is a healing process which helps to let go of the past and negative behaviour of thinking bringing change in your life.

Rhythms, sounds and fragrances have immediate effects on the soul, often by passing the conscious mind to touch feelings too deep or difficult to express in words.  Colour in art and music can heal emotional trauma, grief and loss when coming to terms with the abuse that is beyond words.  Through art and music therapy we can discover and release deep emotional blocks and come to terms with deep emotional desires.  Releasing inner feelings is a healing process.

Music and colour harmonise our subtle bodies.  Music, aroma, homeopathic and flower essence remedies all work on the etheric plane.

We are drawn to people who have keynotes which harmonise with our own and may dislike others who clash with us because they resonate with different music and colours.  We are also drawn to seasons, places, colours and music for the same reason.  Find out the key to your favourite song or piece of music.  You can play your key note before meditating.  Playing or humming a chord in one’s keynote soothes strained nerves and tired body.

When colour slows down it becomes a sound, thus every colour has a sound.  With each colour or sound there is tone, intensity and pitch.  The colours of the rainbow correspond with the seven notes of the music diatonic scale and the each semi tone of the chromatic scale corresponds to the 12 planets.  Everything pulsates on different rhythm including the universe, flowers, trees, grasses, our bodies etc.  Even waves come in on majors and go out on minors.

Your name is a musical sound which corresponds like a mantra during your life.  Many people do not like their name given at birth and change it because the name is out of tune with their own musical vibration.  There is much power is the spoken word and sets up resonance and rhythms that affect you and others around you.  Other ways are poetry and lullabies.  Mantras and sound rhythms connect us to our inner selves like AUM.  Repeating AUM connects the third eye to develop inner vision and hearing.

Add up your birth date 23/ 03/ 1964 = 5 + 3 + 2 = 10 = 1 which is C (middle c) on the musical scale this is your keynote.

Using the dates of your birthday add the numbers on the table below see what the musical note, colour and essential oil indicate.

  • Tone the note to see if it resonates with you

  • Where does the note sit in your body?

  • Do you like it?

  • How do you feel? Are you in tuned, grounded or uplifted? Right where you need to be.
